Terms and Conditions for "Refer a Friend" Promotion - Diamond Bookkeeping Ltd

By participating in the "Refer a Friend" promotion with Diamond Bookkeeping Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

​

1. Eligibility

  • This promotion is open to existing clients of Diamond Bookkeeping Ltd, who refer new clients to the Company.

  • Referrals must be individuals or businesses not previously known to or engaged with Diamond Bookkeeping Ltd.

​

2. How to Qualify

  • To qualify for the referral reward, the referred friend or business (the “Referred Client”) must:

    • Sign up for any of Diamond Bookkeeping Ltd’s bookkeeping services.

    • Successfully complete at least one month of paid services.

    • Maintain active engagement with the Company for a minimum of one month.

  • The Referred Client must mention the referral at the time of sign-up.

3. Referral Reward

  • The referrer (the “Referring Client”) will receive a £50 Amazon voucher as a reward for each successful referral.

  • The voucher will be issued within 30 days after the Referred Client completes their first month of paid service.

  • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

4. Limitations

  • There is no limit to the number of friends or businesses a Referring Client can refer.

  • Each Referring Client can earn multiple £50 vouchers, provided each referral meets the criteria listed above.

  • Referrals of the same individual or business by multiple referrers will only be counted towards the first referrer who submitted the referral.

5. General Conditions

  • Diamond Bookkeeping Ltd reserves the right to verify the identity of both the Referred and Referring Clients and to confirm that the terms of the referral have been met.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.

  • Any fraudulent activity, or activity that violates these terms, will disqualify the Referring Client from receiving any reward.

6. Governing Law

  • This promotion and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
